— Privacy questions
Common questions.
Do you share my information with anyone?
No, except: (a) trusted contractors who need it to complete your project (a structural engineer reviewing your retaining wall, for example), and (b) as required by law or legal process. Never sold, never shared with marketing partners.
How do I delete my information?
Email [email protected] requesting deletion. We’ll delete inquiry-only records immediately. Active project records are retained as required by Vermont state law and our insurance requirements (typically 7 years post-completion); we can mark them as ‘do not contact’ immediately.
Do you use cookies?
Minimal session cookies for site function. Optional Google Analytics cookies for understanding site usage (aggregate, no personal identifiers). No third-party tracking, no marketing pixels.
What about email marketing?
We don’t send marketing emails. Period. If you become a client, we may send project-specific updates (progress photos during construction); we don’t add you to any email list.
Is your site HTTPS-secured?
Yes. Every form submission and page view is encrypted in transit.
Where do you store data?
Project records are stored in standard cloud services (Google Workspace, Dropbox) and on Vermont-based local backups. We don’t store data outside the United States.
