Two hours. Architect-led. We measure light, slope, drainage, soil. We listen to what you want and what you’ve tried. No PowerPoint.

If we’re a fit, we move to design.
If we’re a fit, the next step is design phase (with a design fee). If we’re not a fit, we’ll point you to firms that would be — honestly.

What if I don’t know what I want yet?
Common, and fine. Many clients book a site visit to talk through possibilities, not to confirm a specific scope. The architect’s job is partly to help you articulate what you want — bring your wish list, your Pinterest board, your frustrations, your questions. We’ll work from there.
What if my budget is unrealistic?
Honest, calibrated answer is part of what the site visit delivers. If you have $40K and you want a 2-acre master plan with a pool environment, we’ll tell you. We’ll also suggest what you CAN do for $40K, or how to phase the larger project over years.
What happens if we’re not a fit?
We tell you honestly, and recommend three to five firms that would be a better fit. Better for you, better for the firms, better for our reputation.
Do I have to commit to design before the visit?
No. The site visit is free with no obligation. After the visit you decide whether to move into design phase.
Can I see your work in advance?
Yes — /work/ has selected project pages. Also feel free to drive past completed properties (we’ll provide addresses) — though don’t enter without owner permission.
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Typical lead time on site visits is 2 weeks; sometimes faster in the off-season (December-February).
